The World Federation of International Speedsoft Sport (WFISS) was founded in Dublin, Ireland, born from the rising global interest in Speedsoft, a fast-paced, competitive evolution of airsoft. Established in 2024 by a group of dedicated enthusiasts and sport organisers, the federation set out to bring structure, standardisation, and international recognition to this adrenaline-fueled sport. Key milestones include the implementation of a universal rulebook and ranking system. The WFISS has since become the driving force behind Speedsoft’s evolution from niche hobby to globally respected sport.
